Dr. Shanyn Lancaster is USA Gymnastics‘ Medical Director. She’s also from host Doug Hill’s hometown and the sister of one of Doug’s high school friends which is how the two of them connected. And boy are we pleased they did. Shanyn shares her journey as not only a sports fan, but also someone who’s worked with high-level athletes her entire life.
