We’re joined in this episode by the husband of one of host Doug’s wife’s former co-workers, Rich Kaschalk. Rich is a Detroit-area lifer who’s one of 10 children in his family. Unsurprisingly, getting to live sporting events was an infrequent occurrence in his younger years but he’s more than made up for it as an adult. What began on a bit of a whim – serving on the official scoring crew for Detroit Pistons’ home games – has continued for over 40 years at this point.
