Hedy Eischeid was referred to host, Doug Hill, by previous guest, Cathy Koehler (S:2, E:19) and what a referral it was! A Wisconsin native, Hedy is a Green Bay Packers’ shareholder, a devout Packer Backer, as well as a University of Wisconsin fan. We talk about them all with Hedy and then we dive into her experiences with the Iditarod Sled Dog Race. She’s been living in greater-Anchorage for several years and has lots to share about the party that is the Iditarod start.
