John Keating has been a fixture on televisions for Detroit sports fans since the mid-1990s. As studio host of the regional sports network’s coverage for both the Detroit Red Wings and Detroit Tigers, Keating’s self-deprecating humor and easy delivery has been welcome no matter how the teams were performing. Thankfully, Keating is a high school classmate of one of host Doug’s longtime work colleagues, Fran Scislowicz (S:2, E:44) who helped facilitate Keating’s appearance.
