Carol is the grandmother of our host’s son’s girlfriend. And what we learned during our time together is that growing up in a family with five brothers, she was force-fed a steady diet of sports as a youngster and has been a fan ever since. Among her favorites are college and pro football (Patrick Mahomes, especially) and tennis. She’s not high on Novak Djokovic, choosing instead to pull for Stefanos Tsitsipas and Frances Tiafoe.
