And who knocked the tooth out? Well, that’s sort of a trick question as I’m not sure anyone beyond Bradshaw really knows. In Hollywood, however, there is a scene from the 1978 Burt Reynolds‘ ode to the stunt industry, Hooper, where we at least see it come out of his mouth courtesy of Reynolds.
